Hi, I'm Annie.

I'm a qualified B Corp Consultant with over a decade of experience in sustainability and HR, and I'm passionate about helping businesses turn purpose into meaningful action. I love working alongside organisations to navigate their B Corp journey, simplify complex requirements, and build lasting social and environmental impact that goes beyond certification.

My journey into B Corp began while leading certification internally for an Irish food company, where I managed the certification project that achieved one of Ireland's highest B Corp scores at the time.

Since then, I've worked with organisations across multiple sectors, supporting businesses through sustainability strategies and certification. I've also had the privilege of speaking at B Lab Ireland events, supporting the growth of the Irish B Corp movement, and helping businesses understand what meaningful impact looks like beyond certification.

Having worked inside fast-growing businesses, I understand the realities of limited time, competing priorities and resource constraints.

Through ongoing engagement with the B Lab team, events, and the wider B Corp network, I stay up to date with the latest developments, ensuring my clients receive informed, practical guidance throughout the process.
